So, two Friday nights ago I was at the launch of the new Nokia 5310 ExpressMusic phone which also marked the launch of the second album of local//:e!, a group of Filipino DJ/producers championing original Pinoy club music. I was there because one of the songs in the album is a collaboration between moi and Diego Mapa of the bands Cambio and Pedicab. It was thee club event of the year, with Manila's soshalle partygoing set in full force.
So, naturally, the following day I started work on my latest musical project. A full CD of novelty songs. As in novelty. Yes novelty.
